一、服务说明1. Service Description

耳书是一款基于原典法的英语听读学习产品，包括移动端 APP 与本官方网站。本协议约定您使用前述服务的相关权利义务。Earbook is a listening-first English learning product including a mobile app and this website. This agreement governs your use of these services.

二、账户注册2. Account Registration

• 您需提供真实、有效的信息完成注册。You must provide true and valid information to register.
• 若使用者为儿童，应由监护人代为注册并同意本协议。If the user is a child, a parent or guardian must register and accept this agreement.
• 请妥善保管账户凭证，因保管不善导致的损失由您自行承担。Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for losses from negligence.

三、使用规范3. Usage Rules

• 不得利用本服务从事任何违法违规活动。Do not use the service for any unlawful activity.
• 不得破解、反向工程或干扰服务正常运行。Do not reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
• 尊重知识产权，未经授权不得传播平台内容。Respect IP; do not redistribute content without permission.

四、知识产权4. Intellectual Property

本服务相关的软件、内容、商标及标识其知识产权归耳书原典文化创意（上海）有限公司或其权利人所有。您仅获得个人使用的非独占许可。All software, content, trademarks and marks are owned by Ershu Yuandian Culture & Creative (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive personal license.

五、免责声明5. Disclaimer

本服务按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用本服务产生的间接、偶然损失不承担责任。学习效果因个体差异而异。The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Learning outcomes vary by individual.
